Article Snippet: When the fs-plasma viral load in mPIMA is compared with Abbott M2000, the methodology used until now in centralized laboratories in Brazil, we had an excellent correlation giving a Pearson correlation coefficient value for fs-plasma in mPIMA versus vp-plasma in Abbott M2000 of 0.948 for values above the mPIMA limit of quantification (from 800 to 1,000,000 cp/mL).
